TERMS OF USE POLICY
Athletech Academy, Inc. (“Athletech Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides access to our website, online services, and related content (collectively, the “Site”) subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted with a revised “last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted on our homepage or through direct notification.
1. Eligibility and Use of the Site

3. Donations and Payments
Athletech Academy, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation in the process of applying for recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Donations made at this time are not yet officially tax-deductible.
Once our application is approved, contributions will be retroactively tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law, back to our date of incorporation.
Athletech Academy will issue receipts for all donations, but you should consult a tax advisor regarding your specific circumstances.
Payments, including donations, may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe via Donorbox. We do not store full payment information on our systems. Donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
4. User Content
If you submit information through forms, comments, or other interactive features, you grant Athletech Academy a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our mission.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Site or our organization.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Athletech Academy regarding your use of the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
